At Canapuff EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is free from signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
